Shantal Chapiama
Shantal has a lifelong passion for teaching and exploring diverse cultures and languages. Her teaching career began in Mumbai, India, where she taught Spanish. During her studies in the United States, she served as a tutor in the American Language Program, providing instruction to foreign students. This experience not only allowed her to develop her teaching skills as an English as Second Language (ESL) teacher, but also enriched her own understanding of language acquisition. With a wealth of experience in language education, Shanta , a native of Lima, Peru, has had the opportunity to teach at various schools. However, it is at Linguallama that she has found her true calling. Here, she is part of a team that offers a unique approach to language learning, incorporating engaging methods such as games and visuals to make the learning experience enjoyable and effective. Shantal is excited to welcome students to Linguallama and share her expertise in a fun and interactive environment.

Andy Maldonado
Andy is a seasoned English instructor with a specialization in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) courses, bolstered by his strong foundation in human resources and business. Holding a degree from Montclair State University's esteemed business school (New Jersey, USA), Andy has successfully integrated his passion for language instruction with his extensive business expertise. With multiple English certifications to his credit, Andy is committed to empowering students to achieve success in both academic and professional settings. As a native Ecuadorian with extensive experience living in the United States, Andy brings a unique cultural perspective to the classroom, enabling him to guide students through the complexities of language learning and American business practices with ease and effectiveness.

Sullisey G. Gutierrez
Sullisey G. Gutierrez is an experienced educator who has been teaching English and Spanish at Linguallama Academy since 2020. With expertise in online and in-person teaching, she has excelled in using Zoom to deliver high-quality educational experiences to students. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature, with a minor in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University (New Jersey). Sullisey has a strong foundation in English as a Second Language (ESL) language instruction and pedagogy. With over a decade of experience in the education sector, she has worked in various settings, including daycares, schools, and adult education environments, honing her skills in curriculum design, classroom management, and student engagement.

Rudy Beltrán
Prof. Rudy Beltran holds a Master's in Urban Education with a specialization in ESL from New Jersey City University (2016) and a Bachelor's in Literature and Philosophy from Rutgers State University (2011). He also earned an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Bergen Community College (2008). His passion for language and education is further reflected in his certifications, including the ESL Standard Teacher Certificate (2014) and the Certificate of Eligibility for Teaching Foreign Languages (ACTFL, 2012).
With over 5 years of experience teaching at Linguallama Academy and 12 years in the field, Prof. Beltran focuses on helping students master language for both written and oral communication. His teaching style emphasizes grammar in context, everyday dialogues, and expressions used in social and professional settings. An avid traveler and language enthusiast, Prof. Beltran brings his love for culture, music, and biographies into the classroom, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
